Well, now we are in need of a street team. What IS a street team?
Have you read the parable Jesus gives about the banquet the king prepared? The feast where the king had invited many, but no one showed up? In this passage, Matthew 22:1-14, a king hosts a banquet and invites many, but none show up. So he sends his servants out to the streets and instructs them to tell everyone about the banquet.
A street team is very similar to this! A street team is a group of people who are dedicated to going out and telling everyone about this upcoming project!
For our book, we need a team who is willing to go out and spread the word about it’s release!
What does a street team do?
It’s very easy! As I mentioned above, you will simply spread the word! There are various ways you can do this:
By social media
Emailing/texting others about the book
Word of mouth
If you have a blog or a newsletter
As a member of the street team, you are also encouraged to buy the book and leave a review!
